Can NRIs really manage Gurugram property remotely?

Is Gurugram still a smart bet for NRIs like me, especially with the Dwarka Expressway hype? I'm based in Dubai and eyeing a 3BHK, maybe around Golf Course Extension or Sector 102, budgeting ₹2.5-3.5 Cr. Can't do site inspections myself, so relying heavily on community insights. Builders like M3M or Godrej Properties sound great, but what's the real ground reality for construction quality and timely possession? Also, rental yields ka kya scene hai? Advertised 3-4% sounds good, but after high maintenance and property management, kitna bachta hai? Need a reliable POA and tenant manager. Is it worth the headache from so far away, or should I just put money in an FD instead? What do you guys think?
