Secondary market mein flats ke liye kya real negotiation possible hai Chandigarh mein? Kids have moved out, so we need a smaller 2BHK in Sector 50 type area. Resale properties mein hidden costs kitne hote hain? Ya phir direct builder se hi deal karna better hai for overall value?

Resale mein negotiation? Haha, that's a good one! Log price kam karte hi nahi hain, upar se brokerage aur transfer fees. Direct builder se deal karna better lagta hai, at least naya ghar toh milta hai. Kya aapko lagta hai Sector 50 type areas mein koi genuine discount milta hai?
Totally agree. Brokerage hi itna kha jata hai. Plus renovation ka alag kharcha. Genuine discount toh sapna hai.
