Can you actually negotiate with Gurugram builders?

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 109, Dwarka Expressway, feels like a rip-off. Everyone glorifies the potential here, but nobody talks about how much builders like Vipul Ltd are actually padding their prices. Honestly, I'm trying to negotiate, but they won't budge more than a lakh or two. Is it just me, or does price negotiation barely work in Gurugram? My parents keep saying to push harder, but I'm not seeing any real spot discounts. Plus, I'm scared of hidden charges later. Change my mind: can you actually get a significant chunk off the listed price here?
