Can't believe Godrej's quality post-possession.

Godrej's construction quality shocked me. Got 3BHK possession, finding plaster cracks and unexpected PLC. Anyone else facing this with Godrej, or M3M/DLF projects?

Plaster cracks? That sounds serious for a brand like Godrej. Did you get a third-party inspection done before possession? Aur ye unexpected PLC kis cheez ka tha? Builder ne pehle kyu

Yaar, I totally feel you! Godrej ka toh naam hi kharab ho raha hai. Mera friend bhi Godrej Zenith mein phase 1 ke possession ka wait kar raha hai, aur ab toh darr lag raha hai sunke. Is this the new normal for all big builders?
