Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab Sohna mein stuck ho gaya hoon. I work in real estate, but buying for myself in Sector 38 is different. GCC Infra ka ek project dekh raha hoon, 2BHK around 1.5 Cr quote kar rahe hain. My broker is pushing for quick booking, saying spot discounts will vanish. But I know off the record, sometimes direct builder deals are better, ya fir negotiation ka scope rehta hai. Kya lagta hai, broker ke through jaana sahi hai ya direct builder se baat karun for better pricing? Matlab, kitna discount expect kar sakte hain Sohna mein, especially on final price?

Bhai, same situation meri bhi hai. Sohna mein prices waise hi high lag rahe hain. Ye broker waale toh sirf apna commission dekhte hain. GCC Infra ka track record kaisa hai? Aur 1.5 Cr for 2BHK in Sohna, is it justified? Kitna discount expect kar sakte hain from builder directly?
Totally agree. Brokers will always push for quick booking. Unko sirf apni deal close karni hoti hai. Direct builder se hi baat karni chahiye, at
