Can't decide on builder — someone help me

Construction quality is such a gamble, even with big names. Just moved into my Godrej project in Dwarka last month, and things nobody tells you before possession. Already seeing small cracks near windows and some seepage in the guest bathroom. My friend in a DLF Vasant Kunj flat faced similar finishing issues shortly after moving in. It’s frustrating when you pay over ₹2.5Cr for a 3BHK and still find these problems. Then there are the hidden charges. My 'final' bill had so many extras – maintenance deposits, utility fees, registry costs. Felt like another payment round after PLC and EDC. Is this normal with all builders in Delhi? Was considering Tata Housing for my next investment. Any tips to avoid these hidden costs or what to check during final inspection? Hope this helps someone.
