Did a site visit to SSVR Acacia and Advaitha Aksha near Sarjapur Road last weekend for a 3BHK. Both look decent but I'm really torn. What's the actual construction quality like for SSVR Builders? I'm worried about finishing issues after possession. Also, how is Advaitha Ventures' customer support post-booking? From my experience, that's crucial. Thinking about long-term ROI, which builder might offer better resale value in 5-7 years, especially around this ₹1.5 Cr range? Any insights appreciated.

SSVR Builders? Are you sure? I searched for them on RERA and couldn't find any completed projects under that name. Maybe they're new or operating under a different entity? Be very careful with builders who don't have a clear track record, especially for such a big investment. ₹1.5 Cr is a lot to risk, bhai.
Yeah, I heard similar things. What about their RERA registration? Did you check that? Without a clear RERA project, it's a big no-no for me, no matter how good the site looks.
