Can't decide on builder — someone help me

₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 150... is that price jump really justified? I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 137, thinking of upgrading. Dekh raha hoon ATS, Godrej aur M3M ke projects. Inki construction quality kaise hai, matlab after possession koi issues aate hain? Aur on-time delivery track record bhi bata do. Post-booking customer support kaisa hai logon ka?

Bhai, 1.5 crore for 3BHK in Sector 150? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha hai? Main bhi upgrade dekh raha tha from Sector 137, but yeh prices dekh ke toh darr lagta hai. M3M toh especially bahut high-end hai, budget se bahar jaayega. ATS aur Godrej ke projects bhi premium ho gaye hain. Soch samajh ke decision lena.
