₹70k rent har mahine, ab bas ho gaya. Finally taking the plunge, looking for a 2BHK in Greater Noida, maybe Sector 150. EMI vs rent math ab clear hai. Dekh raha hoon Godrej, ATS, aur Gaursons ke projects. Godrej ki construction quality kaisi rehti hai after possession, plaster cracks ya seepage ka issue? Yaar, ATS ka customer support booking ke baad kaisa hai, phone uthate bhi hain? Gaursons ka bhi batao, hidden charges kitne hote hain? Confused hoon.
