Can't decide on exit strategy for Ansal Aastha

Ansal Aastha Mig Zone seems like a decent completed project for investment. I'm looking at a 2BHK there. My main concern is the resale market; is it liquid enough? And what about RERA compliance, any issues? Honestly not sure how easy it'll be to exit in 5-7 years.
