Can't decide on Happy Homes' security and parking claims

Been considering Happy Homes for weeks. Brochure promises top security and allocated parking. Is their CCTV and visitor management effective in reality? How's the parking allocation system? Honestly, is it just brochure talk?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! I visited Happy Homes last month near Anand Vihar, the guard at the gate looked confused when I asked about visitor logs. Parking looked like a free-for-all too. Brochure mein sab achha lagta hai, but ground reality kuch aur hi lagti hai. Is it really 'completed' or still work in progress?
