Okay I'll be honest — I'm really struggling with our move to Greater Noida. We're eyeing Manglam Group's Shagun City Center for a 3BHK. My wife wants good amenities for the kids and safety. What's the actual construction quality like after a few years? Do the promised kids' play areas hold up? Any real-life experiences there?
