Can't figure out if 'spot discounts' are real deals or just bait
Spot discounts are mostly a marketing gimmick unless you know what to look for. I'm checking out some 3BHKs in Richmond Town, also eyeing Whitefield options, and every builder, even Klassik Enterprises Pvt Ltd, talks about 'limited period offers'. My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood for the kids and a good school nearby. My budget is ₹1.8 Cr tak, for a spacious 3BHK. Honestly, I'm not sure if these spot deals are worth pushing for ya should I focus more on negotiating the actual base price? Like, can you really get 5-10% off on the fly? Or is it just a few lakhs off on some small add-on? Any tips on securing a decent spot discount, ya if it's better to just ignore them completely? Need to make sure all-in cost sahi ho, with stamp duty and everything.
