Can't trust brochure pics for green spaces?

Green spaces in Noida projects are mostly just for show. My wife's priority for a new 3BHK is always green areas and security for kids. Radhey Krishna Apartment dekha tha, but laga ki actual open space kam hai, sirf boundary pe greenery hai. CCTV coverage bhi sahi se nahi dikha. Kids ke liye safe playground milega kya wahan?

Totally agree with the original post! Brochure mein toh sab green dikhta hai, but site pe jaao toh ek chhota sa patch milta hai. Radhey Krishna ki baat sunke tension ho rahi hai, hum bhi new 3BHK dekh rahe hain aur kids ke liye play area bohot important hai.

Exactly! Radhey Krishna mein main bhi gaya tha, boundary pe bas kuch ped the, baaki sab parking. Kids ke liye toh bilkul nahi laga.
