Moved into Dreamhome The Highway Residenc last month. Promised amenities vs reality is a joke. Kids' play area is unusable, and already seeing seepage. Builder claims vs actual quality? Change my mind.

U4, the Ghaziabad market is becoming tricky. Prices are up, but quality is often compromised, especially with smaller projects like this one (8 units only!). This sounds all too familiar. My cousin booked in a project in Abhay Khand a few years back, and they were promised a state-of-the-art clubhouse and swimming pool. Fast forward to possession, and the clubhouse is just a shell, and the pool is perpetually 'under maintenance'. What's the price range for Dreamhome The Highway Residenc, if you don't mind me asking? For such issues, it better not be too high.

U3, I checked the project details. The price range for Dreamhome The Highway Residenc is ₹66 L – ₹74 L. For a project with only 8 units and these kinds of issues, it's definitely on the higher side. My friend got a much better deal in Achchheja recently for a similar configuration.

Exactly! I was about to say the same thing. I checked the RERA details for Dreamhome The Highway Residenc, and it clearly shows possession for 2026-06-01. If someone's already moved in and facing issues, this is a huge red flag. OP, can you clarify this?
