Can't trust final property costs in Sarjapur?

₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK in Sarjapur feels like a stretch. Fed up of renting, eyeing Prestige City or Keya Life By The Lake. But seriously, what's with hidden charges at possession? Are unexpected lakhs for PLC, EDC, or maintenance deposits a real thing with these builders? Did anyone get hit with huge surprise bills from Prestige or Keya? Don't want my EMI vs rent math to get messed up by surprise bills.
