Can't trust Gurgaon brochures for family amenities?

Are we really getting what's promised in brochures for Gurgaon projects like Godrej Astra? Everyone glorifies these flashy amenities, but no one talks about the actual delivery after possession. My wife's priority is a genuinely usable, safe play area for the kids, not just some sad, 'ticked-off checkbox' swing set in a dusty corner. And security systems? Brochure mein toh high-tech CCTV aur visitor management dikhate hain, but practical mein kitna effective hai? I'm honestly not sure if it's just for show. We're upgrading to a 3BHK for our growing family, need a real home. Are Godrej Astra's promised green areas actually spacious, ya bas cramped towers ke beech naam ke liye hain? Change my mind.
