Canvas amenities: are they actually useful?

Currently living in a 2BHK in Wakad, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya villa. Budget final ho gaya hai, loan pre-approved bhi hai, but confused hoon projects ko lekar. Dekh raha tha Canvas, unki amenities list toh kaafi impressive lag rahi hai paper pe. Par actual mein, kitna use hota hai ye sab? Like, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool… are they really maintained and usable daily, ya bas possession ke baad ghost facilities ban jaati hain? My current society mein toh kids play area bhi bas naam ka hai. Premium projects mein maintenance charges bhi high hote hain. Is it really value for money for the actual service quality? Sometimes I feel like we pay for amenities we barely use. Kisi ka experience hai Canvas mein after a year or two? Is the premium for these amenities justified, or bas marketing hype hai...?
