Capacit'e, NCC bag ₹933 crore construction contracts

Noida folks, Sector 150 mein kya chal raha hai? Heard some big construction contracts just landed – Capacit'e and NCC just bagged deals worth ₹933 crore from Great Value Realty and BPTP for a residential project there. That's a lot of activity! It definitely sounds like Sector 150 is going to be buzzing with construction. More housing supply coming online, which could be interesting for prices in the area. But is this a good thing or a bad thing for those of you looking to buy in Noida? Does more supply mean better deals, or will demand keep prices high? What do you think?
