Fed up of renting for years now, I'm finally looking to buy something in Greater Noida. Gardenia Grace mein investment ka soch raha hoon, completed project hai. Price range ₹1.13 Cr se ₹3.30 Cr tak hai. Jo log already yahan invest kar chuke hain, what's your take on capital appreciation? Launch se ab tak kitna badha hai? Is it still a good entry point for ROI? Rental yield ka kya scene hai? Kitna expected rent mil sakta hai 2BHK ya 3BHK mein? Aur iska resale market kitna liquid hai? Matlab, 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho toh buyers easily mil jaate hain kya? Thoda investor perspective se inputs chahiye. Should I consider this for long-term growth? Kya ROI expectations rakhun?
