Sai Dham Infra Projects Greens – I'm looking at this project for investment. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137, Noida, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here for better capital appreciation. But is the price jump worth it? My budget is around ₹60L max. Kya kisi ko idea hai iska actual capital appreciation forecast kya hai? Launch se ab tak prices kitne move hue hain? Aur rental yield ka kya scene hai yahan? Builders toh bahut kuch bolte hain, but ground reality mein kya milta hai? Also, resale market kitna liquid hai? Will it be easy to exit in 5-7 years? Already have a home loan, so ROI is critical.

Dekho bhai, Sai Dham Greens ka toh possession 2015 ka hai. Agar aap abhi ₹60L mein le rahe ho, toh mujhe lagta hai already kaafi appreciation ho chuki hai. Launch ke time toh itna price nahi tha. Ab uske upar aur kitna capital appreciation expect karoge, especially in this Noida market? Thoda risky lag raha hai for a first-time buyer like me.
