Capital Athena: What they don't tell you about amenities
Got possession of my 3BHK at Capital Athena in March and wow, the reality check on amenities is real. Everyone glorifies these 'premium' clubhouses, but ours is a ghost facility. Seriously, hardly anyone uses it. Are builders just ticking boxes with these lifestyle promises? Then the security systems. Visitor management feels like an afterthought; guards mostly wave people through. What's the point of all the CCTVs if monitoring is so lax? It feels more like a show than genuine safety. Is this common in Noida societies? Change my mind.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! I was looking at Capital Athena too, but then saw similar complaints about other projects in Noida Extension. This 'premium amenity' thing is just a marketing gimmick. My cousin lives in a society near Ajayabpur, and their clubhouse is basically a glorified shed. Builder promises the moon, delivers a pebble. Security ka toh poora drama hai, CCTV laga denge but koi dekhta nahi.
