Is Capital Heights ki construction quality actually worth the premium they charge? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Builders brochures mein sab kuch perfect dikhate hain, but real construction quality, like cracks and seepage after a year, is often ignored. Honestly, I think amenities are mostly for show. Does anyone really believe a fancy clubhouse drives higher resale value ya better rental income? Yaar, main toh kehta hoon ki solid structure aur low long-term maintenance hi asali ROI hai. Change my mind.
