Capital Hometech Pride 2 residents: What's daily life really like?
Two years of rent increases, I'm done. Finally looking to buy, eyeing Capital Hometech Pride 2. It's completed and fits my ₹28-56L budget. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just on paper? How's the neighbourhood for schools/markets? What are the actual monthly maintenance charges? Looking for real resident insights.

Guys, two years of rent hikes is enough, I'm seriously looking at Capital Hometech Pride 2. The post says it's completed and fits my ₹28-56L budget. But I'm confused – it's 'Completed' but the possession date is 2025-08-01? And 'Rera Not Applicable'? This sounds like a big red flag for a first-time buyer like me. Am I missing something here, or should I be worried?
