₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 2 from Capital Infra feels steep. Honestly, my wife's priority is a safe neighborhood for the kids' school. Everyone glorifies new projects, but nobody talks about actual resale negotiation. Can you truly knock off more on secondary market deals in Greater Noida than from builders directly? Disagree?
