Carpet area and living experience: my Sobha Manhattan questions
Sarjapur Road projects — been checking out Sobha Manhattan Towers. Currently in a 2BHK in Electronic City, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. My budget is around 1.5 Cr, already have a home loan going on. Builder ka reputation toh sahi hai, but I'm really curious about the actual carpet area vs. super area difference. Matlab, do builders inflate super area numbers a lot, ya it's standard practice? Also, post-possession ka experience kaisa rehta hai with Sobha? Any major surprises at handover time, jaise extra costs ya finishing issues? And finally, for end-users like me, is the investor vs. actual resident ratio good there? Don't want to live in a ghost building, yaar. Is the premium for a Sobha project truly worth it for a family, considering the long-term living experience?
