Carpet area confusion in Greater Noida

Super area vs carpet area game in Greater Noida is just a builder's trick, change my mind. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Sector 150, say Amrapali Leisure Valley. Builder quoted ₹90L but super area inflate kar rakha hai. Spot discount claims bhi fake lagte hain. How much actual carpet area should I expect, aur kitna discount mil sakta hai genuinely?

Totally agree! This super area game is so frustrating. I was looking at a project in Alistonia Estate, Greater Noida West, and they quoted an insane super area for a tiny flat. Builder ke claims pe toh

Exactly yaar! Builder log toh bas super area dikha ke loot machate hain. I'm also looking in Sector 150, same confusion. Amrapali ka toh naam bhi sunke darr lagta hai after their past issues. Kitna percent difference hota hai generally carpet vs super area?
