Carpet area efficiency in compact flats is indeed a big concern, especially for these 'luxury' projects. Shiv N Sai Luxury Homes ka naam suna hai, but RERA number 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai? Yeh toh thoda risky lag raha hai, bhai
