Carpet area efficiency: Noida builders ka sabse bada jhoot?
Since moving to Noida last month, I've noticed ki carpet area pe kitna dhyaan dena chahiye. Builders ki ads toh bas super built-up dikhati hain. I was comparing Gayatri Life and Hawelia Valenova Park. Honestly, Gayatri Life ke layouts mujhe thode zyada efficient lage. Usable space kaafi sahi thi. Hawelia Valenova Park mein laga ki kuch areas thode wasted feel ho rahe the, especially hallways type. Aur haan, total cost of ownership ka bhi bada game hai. Sirf base price nahi dekhna chahiye. PLC, registry, phir maintenance charges, jo Hawelia Valenova Park ke thode high lage. Gayatri Life mein relatively better deal thi, I thought. Kya aap log bhi yeh sab check karte ho? Hope this helps someone avoid hidden costs.

Yaar, bilkul sahi pakda hai! I'm also a first-time buyer and this carpet area vs. super built-up ka chakkar dimag kharab kar deta hai. Builders apni ads mein sirf bade numbers dikhate hain. Maine bhi recently Greater Noida West mein kuch projects dekhe, aur wahan bhi yahi haal hai. Ek project mein toh flat size bada dikha rahe the, but actual usable space was so less due to huge balconies aur weirdly shaped rooms. Gayatri Life aur Hawelia Valenova Park ka comparison sunke lagta hai I need to be even more careful. Total cost of ownership wali baat toh
