Carpet area games and real amenities at Sri Charitha Green Woods
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which sector. I'm looking at Sri Charitha Green Woods, the completed project, for my own family. I work in real estate, so I know how builders play the super area vs carpet area games, but buying for myself is different. Their floor plans look okay, but is the *actual* usable carpet area efficient for daily living? Not just on paper, you know? How are the amenities, really? Are they just for show or genuinely useful, like the gym or kids' play area? I'm trying to see past the brochures. What's the real society vibe there? Maintenance charges are another thing builders often underquote. What's the actual monthly outflow for a 2BHK? Hope someone living there can share some off-the-record insights. It’s around ₹77.63L, so want to be sure it's genuinely good. Any specific legal checks I should double check even after my lawyer reviews?

I visited Sri Charitha Green Woods last month. The sample flat looked good, but main floor plans mein carpet area ka difference samajh nahi aata. Builders show you one thing, but actual usable space for furniture and movement becomes tight.
Honestly, for ₹78 L for a 2BHK, I'd be super careful. Completed projects are good since no construction delays, but builders often cut corners on amenities post-completion. My cousin bought a flat near Aavalahalli and the 'clubhouse' they promised was just a small room. Green Woods ka amenities kitna functional hai, yeh dekhna padega.
Yaar, same pinch! Main bhi Sri Charitha Green Woods dekh raha hoon. Price point thoda high lag raha hai for a 2BHK but location achhi hai. Carpet area ka doubt toh mujhe bhi hai. Good question!
