What's the actual carpet area vs super area discrepancy with null projects, especially Saptarishi or Sadbhawana Apartments? I'm in real estate myself, but buying for my family in Dwarka makes me super wary. Builders always play games. Also, what was your possession experience like? Any big surprises or hidden charges popping up at handover? And how are the post-possession maintenance charges? Are they fair, or do they feel like extortion after you move in?
