Since January I've been shortlisting flats in New Chandigarh, especially Altus Ecoglades and Vamana Riseonic. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK. I'm really digging into the actual carpet area vs advertised super area figures. Honestly, I've seen this pattern before; the difference can be huge and it affects per sqft cost drastically. Altus Ecoglades mein numbers thoda transparent lagte hain, but Vamana Riseonic ka kya scene hai? Anyone who bought there, did your carpet area match the RERA filings, ya kuch hidden adjustments the? Also, post-possession society maintenance aur RWA formation kaisa rehta hai inka? Proper handover hota hai ya builder control rakhta hai? Especially in Mohali ke projects, society management is key for long-term value. Thoda real ground feedback chahiye. Hope this helps someone.
