Since January I've been looking at St Patricks Central Park Bignonia Towers, and I'm honestly a bit confused. The floor plans look great on paper, but I'm worried about actual carpet area efficiency. Do the layouts *feel* spacious, or is it just clever design? Also, what's the community vibe like there? Is it genuinely friendly for new families, or more isolated? My parents keep saying to check the actual livability, not just the brochure. What's the reality of daily life there? Share your experiences, please!

Yaar, I totally get what you mean! I went for a site visit last month for St Patricks Bignonia Towers, and the show flat looked so spacious. But then I started measuring in my head, and it felt like the actual carpet area would be much less. Brochure photos can be so misleading!
