Shrinivas Developers ka ek project Bhosale Nagar mein dekha, 2BHK bol rahe 1100 sqft, but carpet area sirf 700. Matlab, 400 sqft extra ka paisa kyun dein? Seems like a pure builder trick to inflate the price. Also, these 'spot discounts' aren't real price drops, just marketing hype. Change my mind.
