Carpet area is the real hidden cost in High Rental Yield.
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in High Rental Yield a few months back before we finalized our place. Honestly, everyone talks about High Rental Yield for investment, but finding a good 3BHK under 1.5 Cr is tough. What I realized comparing projects was that many builders promise the sky with amenities, but the actual carpet area for a 3BHK in that range often felt tiny. Don't just look at super built-up, yaar. We almost fell for a project near the metro, but the usable space was a joke for a family. Also, check the maintenance history if it's an older society, or what the builder's track record is for newer ones; some had crazy high hidden costs nobody tells you about. My hack was to always carry a measuring tape for carpet area confirmation. Saved us from a bad deal, seriously. Anyone else find these small details make a huge difference when comparing projects?

Totally agree with this! Humara bhi same experience tha, High Rental Yield ke naam pe itna chhota carpet area dikha rahe the projects mein. 1.5 Cr budget mein 3BHK toh bas naam ka hi mil raha tha. Lagta hai builders bas super built-up area pe khelte hain, andar jaao toh lagta hai 2BHK mein ghus gaye. Bahut dimaag kharab hua tha.
Sahi kaha, bhai! High Rental Yield sun ke lagta hai sab
