Carpet area numbers are a builder's biggest lie.
Visited Godrej Vrikshya, and carpet area efficiency felt off. My tip: always demand the actual usable space blueprint, not just super area. What other floor plan tricks should first-time buyers know?

Totally agree with the OP about carpet area! I went to see a project near Badshahpur last month, and the sales guy was only talking about super area. When I asked about carpet area, he kept deflecting. It felt so shady. Godrej Vrikshya ke numbers bhi aise hi lag rahe hain? For ₹3.4 Cr minimum, I expect full transparency. This RERA number GGM/846/578/2024/73 should mean something, right? Builders should be held accountable for misleading buyers.
