I'm fed up of renting in Greater Noida, finally taking the plunge to buy. The 3C Lotus Boulevard Espacia looks good online, but I'm really concerned about the actual layout efficiency and carpet area. Kya real mein space utna lagta hai? My landlord just raised rent again, so EMI vs rent math is pushing me. For ₹3.5 Cr, I want a genuinely good home. Is it just good on paper ya daily life mein bhi sahi hai? How's the neighborhood for schools and markets?

I've heard mixed reviews for 3C. The location near Expressway is good, connectivity wise. For schools, many good options are there in Alpha I Greater Noida, like DPS and Apeejay, so that's a plus. Markets ke liye you have to drive a bit, but the local kirana stores are decent. But for 3.5 Cr, you need to check the quality of construction very thoroughly. They finished it in 2020, so structural issues honge toh ab tak pata chal jaate hain, but still, a thorough inspection is a must.
₹3.5 Cr for Greater Noida? Thoda high side pe nahi lag raha? Current market mein toh options aur bhi hain, especially around Alpha II. Upar se builders ka track record bhi dekhna padta hai. Make sure you compare with other completed projects.
Exactly! I visited a similar project nearby, on paper 1500 sq ft tha but andar se 1000 bhi nahi laga. Builders ki marketing trick hoti hai. Lotus Espacia ka design efficiency kaisa hai? Koi actual buyer hai yahan se jo apna experience share kar sake?
Bhai, carpet area ka toh sabka rona hai. Online pics toh hamesha misleading hoti hain. Totally agree with your concern!
