Carpet area truth: A post-possession reality check
The actual carpet area in many Ghaziabad projects is a shocker after possession. I just moved into Mass Build Well Livin' Life a couple of months back, possession was in March. Honestly, floor plan brochures look so different from real life. Carpet area feels way smaller than what was projected, bilkul tight lagta hai. Also, the noise from the main road is constant, didn't notice it much during site visits. Air quality bhi utni achhi nahi lagti. Has anyone else felt this post-possession? What did you do?

Sahi keh rahe ho. Builders often play with these numbers and floor plans. Mera cousin bhi Dwarka Expressway pe project dekh raha tha, same problem. Site visit pe sab achha lagta hai, baad mein pata chalta hai. Did you check the RERA carpet area vs actual measurements after possession
Oh no! Yaar, I was just looking at Mass Build Well Livin' Life too. This is exactly my fear. Thanks for sharing this reality check. It's so hard to trust builders these days.
