Possession date 2026-05-01 dikha raha hai for an ongoing project with 286 units. Is that even realistic? Lagta hai bahut tight timeline hai.
Casagrand se main toh door hi rehta hoon. Mera personal experience Akshayanagar mein ek project se bahut kharab raha hai. Possession date pe milta nahi, quality compromise karte hain, aur customer service toh bhool hi jaao. RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/120423/005862 toh hai, but that doesn't guarantee anything after booking.
This is a common issue. Builders often use RERA as a shield, but the ground reality is different. Casagrand has a track record of delays. Given the current market conditions in Bengaluru, construction pace is also affected, leading to more delays and potential cost overruns for buyers.
Haan bhai, RERA number share kar dete hain, but delays toh real hain. Every builder seems to have their own 'flexible' possession date.
Totally agree with your point about builders. Same here, my project in Aavalahalli got delayed by 2 years, and the builder just kept giving excuses. Did you ever get any compensation for the delay from them? I'm still fighting for mine.
₹76 L – ₹77 L for Zaiden? Price toh bahut zyada lag raha hai considering the location and ongoing status.
Sahi baat hai, amenities sirf brochures mein ache lagte hain. Real mein kitne functional hote hain, aur kitna crowd hota hai, woh bhi dekhna padta hai. Mere friend ne ek project mein liya tha, swimming pool saal mein 6 mahine band rehta hai maintenance ke naam pe.

Bhai, resale value location pe zyada depend karti hai, not just fancy amenities. Casagrand ke projects mein amenities kaafi average hi hote hain after a year or two. Agar investment ka soch rahe ho, toh Adigara Kallahalli side projects dekho, wahan appreciation potential better hai.
True that, maintenance is a killer. Builders promise the moon, then charge a bomb for basic upkeep. Zaiden ka toh kaafi high suna hai.
