Is the clubhouse at Casagrand Zaiden actually used by residents, ya fir bas show-off ke liye hai? I'm finally taking the plunge, fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so looking to buy. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK. I'm seeing brochures with lavish clubhouses, swimming pools, sports facilities, but real life mein kitna use hota hai? Investors ke liye, ye amenities ka ROI kya hai? Matlab, will it attract good tenants or just increase maintenance? Maintenance charges bhi toh sky-high hote hain, but service quality ka kya? Casagrand Zaiden ki maintenance team kaisi hai? Not sure if these fancy amenities really justify the premium price ya it's just marketing hype. Kya others bhi same cheez face kar rahe hain?

Totally feel you on the landlord front, yaar! My rent also shot up last quarter. And this clubhouse dilemma is real. I'm looking for a 2BHK too, but my budget for a decent one with all these amenities is also around 1.2 Cr. But for Casagrand Zaiden, I heard the price range is much lower, around 76-77L. Is that just for a basic unit without any premium for the 'Zaiden' tag or special views? Kya ₹1.2 Cr mein kuch milega bhi with these fancy facilities ya bas marketing hype hai?
