Is Casagrand Zaiden's security system actually reliable? I'm looking at a flat there, and the brochure talks a lot about fancy CCTV and visitor management. But what's the ground reality? Does it feel genuinely secure, especially with kids? Also, for parking, is it always a fight for a spot, or do they actually allocate properly? My parents keep saying parking is a nightmare in new places. Just trying to get a real feel before I commit. Any current residents or recent buyers have thoughts?
