Yes, U3, that's the correct RERA number. I checked it last week. The possession date is indeed 2026 May. My concern is not just the appreciation but also how smoothly they deliver. Heard some not-so-great stories about Casagrand delays in other projects near Aavalahalli. Did anyone face issues with their previous projects?
