Guys, NCR mein kuch gadbad chal rahi hai. CBI ne 22 cases file kiye hain builders ke against, specifically Noida and Greater Noida mein. Seems like they were running some shady 'Subvention Scheme' for home loans, aur usmein homebuyers phas gaye. Yeh news kaafi important hai if you've invested in any projects in these areas.
