Not gonna lie, Sohna mein property dekhna thoda overwhelming ho gaya hai. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK and CBS Luxury Builder Floors caught my eye. Price range ₹2.21 Cr to ₹3.58 Cr looks decent. But yaar, is it genuinely good for daily living? Matlab, schools, markets kitne paas hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly ya isolated? Koi resident hai yahan se, can you share your honest experience? Is the premium justified for the actual life there?

Bhai, Sohna mein property lena thoda risky game hai. Mera ek friend ne nearby Baliawas area mein ek builder floor liya tha 2 saal pehle, aur abhi tak society facilities poori nahi hain. Roads toote hue hain, electricity cuts common hain. CBS might be 'Luxury' but ground reality dekhni padegi. Market access bhi ek issue hai, you can't just step out for groceries like you would in main Gurgaon. You need a car for everything, which adds to daily expenses. Don't just go by the fancy brochures, check the ground work yourself.
