Bhai, CEL Apartments ke amenities toh bas dikhawe ke lagte hain. Mere friend ne bhi wahan dekha tha, bol raha tha maintenance charges itne high hain ki kya hi benefit. Investor perspective se toh bilkul worth it nahi lag raha.
