CEL Apartments — we're seriously looking at a 3BHK here for the family, kids are growing up fast. The brochure promised ample parking, even visitor spots, but my wife's been hearing some horror stories about parking allocation after possession. Is it really a lottery system for residents? And what about visitor parking? I'm worried about safety for the children if cars are just parked anywhere. We need at least two dedicated spots, maybe three if guests come often. Honestly, not sure if the initial cost is worth the headache later. Did anyone else deal with this kind of parking mess there? What was your experience like with getting dedicated spots, or fighting for them?
