Celestial Comfort: The real carpet area shocker
Okay I'll say what no one says about Celestial Comfort Condominium after actually moving in. Everyone talks about the fancy brochures, but the carpet area here is a joke for a 1.7 Cr flat. I just moved in last month and the 3BHK feels like a cramped 2BHK. Seriously, where did all the usable square footage go? It's not genuinely good to live in daily if you value space. The noise levels from outside are way higher than I expected too, making daily life quality a real issue. It's good on paper, sure, but the reality is something else. Should've checked the actual layout better. Change my mind.

Yaar, this is exactly what scares me! I'm also looking at 3BHKs in the 1.5-2 Cr range, and Celestial Comfort was on my list because the brochures look so good. But if a 1.7 Cr flat feels cramped, toh mera toh budget hi hil jayega. I thought with that price tag, you'd at least get decent space. Noise levels too? That's a huge red flag for daily living.
