Central Noida's price surge feels unsustainable

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 10, Central Noida. We need a 3BHK for the kids, and my wife's priority is a safe neighborhood. The prices though... Honestly, the quotes I'm getting now feel way higher than what I remember seeing 1.5-2 years ago. Like, a 3BHK used to be around ₹75L, now it's closer to ₹90L for similar projects. Not sure if it's just me or if Central Noida has really jumped that much. Am I seeing things, or are prices actually peaking? Should I wait a bit, or is this the new normal? Any thoughts on where Central Noida prices are headed?
