Everyone glorifies Central Noida but nobody talks about the actual daily grind there. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 120, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa, and Sector 115 (Central Noida) seems shiny on paper. But yaar, that commute during peak hours? It's brutal. Plus, amenities ke naam pe brochures mein jo dikhate hain, woh ground pe kitna available hai, I'm not sure. Already have a home loan, so is the price jump for Central Noida *really* worth it for a family? Disagree? Tell me why.

Honestly, I disagree a bit. I recently visited a project near Sector 78 and the connectivity has improved a lot. Plus, the upcoming metro line extension will make a huge difference. For families, the schools and hospitals are already quite established there.
Totally agree with the OP! Central Noida sounds great on paper but the ground reality is something else. Commute toh pakka nightmare hai, especially if you work towards Delhi or even Ghaziabad.
