Meri ek friend ne bhi Central Park ke ek project mein invest kiya tha Baharampur Naya ke paas. Uska bhi yahi concern tha ki high entry price hai. Last 2 saal mein appreciation bahut slow raha hai, jaisa expected tha waisa nahi. So be careful with the 'brand name' argument. Sometimes it just means you pay a premium without the corresponding returns.

Dekho, Central Park ka track record toh generally solid hai. Delivery time pe karte hain aur quality bhi acchi hoti hai. Isliye logon ko trust hai. Shayad isliye price thoda high hai, because of the brand value and amenities. I feel it might appreciate in the long run.
